After seeing loved ones locked up and released out of prison with fewer means, skills, and less confidence. I made a conscious choice to make a impact to reduce recidivism. Smiley & Ra was created in dedication to those affected by mass incarceration. Smiley & Ra is dedicated to my brothers fighting recidivism. 

To provide incarcerated men transitioning into society  a fair playing field to beat the statistics of recidivism (returning to prison) by providing an all-inclusive and  individualized need: (housing, employment, financial planning, entrepreneurship, educational, social services, medical  and mental health programs.
